Sites

A site is reachable while its appliance keeps checking in. If the check-ins stop for longer than the grace window, you get a push and an email — from here, not from the site.

Add a site

Open the appliance's dashboard, go to Settings, and read the pairing code it shows. Type it here. The code is short-lived, so if it has expired the appliance will show a fresh one.

Alerts to this device

These alerts have to come from outside the site to be worth anything, so this browser registers separately from the appliance's own notifications.

What this relay knows

Deliberately almost nothing. It is a watchdog, not a copy of your data.

It holds no readings, no history, and no events — a check-in carries whether a site is alive and nothing else. It also cannot send anything to your appliances: there is no route through which this relay can change a setting or run a command.
